Richmond Flats offers brand-new 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom homes in Salt Lake City. These are affordable housing units targeted at individuals earning 30%-55% of the Area Median Income. Rental costs are income dependent,. and income and rental limits are set annually by HUD. 

1 Person Household: $22,260 - $40,810

2 Person Household: $25,440 - $46,640

3 Person Household: $28,620 - $52,470

4 Person Household: $31,800 - $58,300

The above income limits are the LIHTC Income Limits for 2023, set by HUD. These numbers can be used as a starting guideline for potentially qualified applicants, but applicants will go through a thorough screening process to determine income qualification, as determined by HUD.
