 RHL is a Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) project with some Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), aka rent assistance. The table to the right (or above if on Mobile)  is a summary of the MAXIMUM gross (before taxes) income(s) allowable per household. 

In addition to these income restrictions - ALL household members may not be full time students (see specifics here). The term "household" means all members of the apartment, including minors. Applications are processed on a first come first basis. 

Prospects interested in applying for one of the Housing Choice Voucher units must apply through the Carbondale Housing Authority.
