Located in Durango CO, Espero Apartments offers 40 one bedroom, Permanent Supportive Housing units dedicated to low-income, unhoused, and disabled residents. Espero Apartments works with local 3rd party service providers to offer clinical services within the complex, and provides support for trauma recovery, substance abuse recovery, mental health services, and other guiding tools to assist and provide support for some of Durango's residents who need it most.
