About Charity's House
Located in the historic Five Points area of downtown Denver, Colorado, Charity's House offers 36 homes of one-bedroom Permanent Supportive Housing for eligible individuals with a history of homelessness, exiting homelessness, and/or behavioral group home, crisis center, or institution who would otherwise be homeless upon exit, those who have a disability and/or behavioral health condition, and those who would benefit from the supportive services being provided. BlueLine partnered with a neighborhood nonprofit, Community Outreach Service Center (COSC), whose mission is to equip neighborhood residents with skills and support to achieve self-sufficiency as a productive member of the Five Points neighborhood. Charity’s House connects residents with community providers who offer access to health services including case management, substance abuse facilities, medical services, dental health, and life skills to support each resident in their individual journey.
This gorgeous property boasts plenty of natural light, a central community room with a kitchen, and a vibrant mural painted by Colorado artist Thomas “Detour” Evans.
