Bighorn Flats offers brand-new 1, 2, and 3 bedroom homes in Sheridan. These are affordable housing units targeted at individuals earning 30%-50% of the Area Median Income. Rental costs are income dependent,. and income and rental limits are set annually by HUD. 


1 Person Household: $20,160 - $33,600

2 Person Household: $23,040 - $38,400

3 Person Household: $25,920 - $43,200

4 Person Household: $28,800 - $48,000


The above income limits are the LIHTC Income Limits for 2023, set by HUD. These numbers can be used as a starting guideline for potentially qualified applicants, but applicants will go through a thorough screening process to determine income qualification, as determined by HUD.
