Alder Park  Apartments offers brand-new 1 and 2  bedroom style homes for individuals 55+ years of age. These are affordable housing units targeted at individuals earning 30%-50% of the Area Median Income. Rental costs are income dependent,. and income and rental limits are set annually by HUD. 

1 Person Household: $18,420-$30,700

2 Person Household: $21,030- $35,050

3 Person Household: $23,670- 39,450

4 Person Household: $26,280-$43,800

The above income limits are the LIHTC Income Limits for 2022, set by HUD. These numbers can be used as a starting guideline for potentially qualified applicants, but applicants will go through a thorough screening process to determine income qualification, as determined by HUD.
